Our Education Expert is highly qualified and experienced not only from the education system in the home country but also from abroad with certifications from international associations as well. With the plethora of information and expertise, our professionals after a careful review of your concerns, we save your resources and efforts, navigate everyone to the best place. It is important for the client and the adviser to make an informed decision. Universities and programs are defined after the learner’s quality and requirements are carefully analyzed. After reviewing your description, our analysts will roster a variety of appropriate universities. Upon evaluating our listed schools, learners approve and select institutions upon speaking with friends and family.

We ensure all relevant documents / Paperwork are obtained properly, accepted etc. Reports must be translated and carefully presented to the agreed format. To ensure that learners are quite aware and informed with the progress of their submission, our advisers are often in correspondence with the learners. Most institutions have their own specific needs which are essential for a perfect application. Staying true to these directives will ensure greater success and speedier replies. The instructions are specific to the list of documents, the format of the documents, file recognition, special need like MOI, SoP, LoR, parent or guardian affidavit etc. Our advisers facilitate with crucial application key elements such as essays, Personal Statement, sentence structure, tonality, composition material, Letters of Recommendation and best measures to ensure that learners are accepted to the appropriate university.

Step 3 – International Test Prep Guidelines – We help our registered candidates in preparing for the required English test usually conducted by the universities to assess the fluency in the language of candidate namely IELTS or PTE which can be a mandatory requirement by the university and Logical Reasoning or IQ test which a university may ask for some specific conditions and courses to be taken by the candidate. A crisp instruction set is given to the candidate for getting higher scoring, ranking, or bands in the exam. Sometimes, an English Language test is conducted by the university itself for hose candidates who do not qualify the conditions of the university for Language. We also suggest the Pathways for the candidate in the counseling so that they can plan accordingly. This helps them in planning for choosing a pre-sessional English course conducted by the university itself in their country campus. The exam instructions will be specifically indicated to the candidate to appear in it online.

SoP – The SoP or Personal Statement is an essay a candidate must write in which he must explicitly indicate his expectations of studying abroad. A well-written SoP is important & can be critical in the judgment-making process of the recruitment panel. The requisites for a perfect SoP are:

  1. Ideally, a SoP ought to be authentic, reliable & based on clear thinking.
  2. It is your ability to forward information that needs to be acknowledged to the admissions office.
  3. The length required is 1-2 pages in A4 size plain white paper.

The scope of the SoP extends to:

  1. a) Your achievements in academics, curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
  2. b) your intentions to the selection of that Country, University, and the course opted by you.
  3. c) Any work experience related to the course you opted and how the course is going to benefit in your career
  4. d) Your long-term aspirations in career to be fulfilled after accomplishing that course

The SoP must be transparent, specific, truthful, optimistic, passionate and energetic, practical, depicting your confidence, with crisp sentences.

LoR – The Letter of Recommendation (LoR) plays a pivotal and crucial role for an out-of-country candidate as it confirms the assertion and offers the chance for the admissions team to know as much about the candidate, because they may not always get the opportunity to do a face-to-face interaction.

Two LoRs are expected, and the corresponding stamp & signature must be on the headed paper of the referee/organization at the bottom. The supervisor must recognize the candidate either in a professional or a scholarly capacity. LoR can be acquired from: Lecturer / Professor / Department Head / Dean Academics / Principal. He must be able to suggest academic success and personal attributes such as intellectual, managerial and interpersonal skills to the applicant. The LoR should provide a rational evaluation of the mental ability of the student and must validate the aspiration for the program applied. Supervisor / Employer ought to be a professional who controls his / her ability to work, results, responsibilities, and expectations while at work. It will also state for how long the candidate had been identified & under what ability.

The most important thing to note is that both the LoRs can be from academics or one from academics and one from the employer. But both can never be from the employer.

Step 5 – Application Process – If it’s online or paper-based, we deal with close attention to any demand. It really is important to review all the applications before they even go over to educational institutions. To order to ensure a bug-free and well-presented application, sincere concentration and time are often given on reviewing applications and documents before submission. No doubt, Students prepare their own papers like CV, SoP, LoR but reviewing the research for progress is important which is a crucial process and is faithfully done by our education experts. Every institute has its own criteria or set of requirements, which a candidate doesn’t know, or he has to go through all the target universities’ information material on his own and keeping the intense chances of mistakes. With the prior knowledge and information on all these aspects, our advisors and experts are well versed with clear intentions to help the candidate review the application and supporting docs raising the possibilities acceptance of the application for a confirmed approval.

Step 6 – Interview Preparation – Though the submission of the application is just not enough. After getting approval, the universities have a right to set an interview for the candidate to know his intellectual skills, logical skills, mathematical skills, English proficiency, general awareness and most important his intentions to come to the university and the country. To crack this code, we help applicants to prepare for such interactions with a predefined set of questions gathered after our extensive research and experience. A separate session can be assigned to the candidate physically or online through skype as per the availability of candidates or our experts.

Step 7 – Visa Guidelines and Application – The endpoint of the candidate efforts is his VISA application. Undoubtedly, the VISA guidelines and information is given by every country on their home office’s official website, but even after that, we feel that getting VISA application information from our end is the right of each candidate. And we do the same to help our candidates. This entirely is the choice of the candidate to apply for his VISA by himself or he needs our assistance. Many times, embassies look for an interview with the candidate. This is another step where we support and assist our candidates in preparing that interaction with the VISA officer.
